Accounting Management
The Horus-ERP Accounting Management (ACM) module is a unique and comprehensive accounting system based on the double-entry method. It can be used simultaneously by an unlimited number of companies regardless of the type of business organization involved or their geographical location, and also takes into account differences in currencies and accounting regulations used.
For instance, let's assume that you have a global enterprise which owns companies in North and South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, and elsewhere. Horus-ERP ACM module will help you to manage each company according to the local accounting legal regulations using the local currency.
Horus-ERP offers all the tools and functions you need to define and manage the following:
- Unlimited number of charts of accounts (this allows you to ceate a unique chart of accounts for each company);
- Multiple accounting currencies;
- Accounting role management;
- Multiple country-specific accounting reports;
- Check list of approved commercial documents to be registered in the accounting system;
Additionally, you can easily navigate through the document workflow either from bookkeeping records and/or accounting reports to commercial documents (payments, invoices, orders, deliveries, bids, etc).
