Address Book
The Horus-ERP (ADB) module is designed to be used as a centralized contacts database for your entire organization. Unlike many other business software, companies, government institutions, local authorities, business representatives, and individuals can all be entered into the Address Book. Every 'Who' in every Horus-ERP module, whether it be Document Management, Work Breakdown Structure, Work Flow Management, Resources Database Management, or Administration Management, needs information from the database about Address Book contacts.
The Horus-ERP ADB Module includes the following functions (among others):
- Companies: postal addresses, contact data, Internet addresses, email;
- Company profiles and activities;
- Company representatives: contact data, Internet addresses, email;
- Individuals / independent contacts;
- Tools for managing ADB organizations by profiles;
- A powerful search engine;
- Predefined ADB favorites;
- Edit, Cut, Copy, Paste and Print functions;
- ADB works interactively with all other modules;
- Integrated logs keep a track of the change history.
