Administration Mangement Module

 

Several Administrative functions are available to manage the software module as a whole. This includes user names and passwords, external Internet access, role management, task management, user activity reports, agenda sharing definitions, document definitions, team access to individual tasks or organizational structures and log management, plus many other functions and tools:

  • User access - User names and passwords, internal and/or external access;
  • User rights - Basic Document Management rights based on enterprise organizational roles;
  • Teams on WBS - Define non-standard system access rights in the Work Breakdown Structure to organize teams;
  • RDB access and rights - The Resources Database to which a specific user has access, access rights to these resources;
  • DOCM definitions - ADMIN can create all kinds of documents for your business and give these documents a specific function, i.e. they can define if a document is accounting-relevant or not.
