The Horus-ERP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module has been especially created to allow a direct link between a company and its customer base, based on issues of common interest.


Horus-ERP CRM module offers several functions and tools to manage all the necessary work processes in the relation with your customers' chain and assure the full confidentiality of bids, commercial agreements, deliveries, billing and payments.

The main Horus-ERP CRM tools and functions are as follows:

  • CRM Secure Access - Customer Sign-in/Sign-up identification engine that automatically creates and registers new users;
  • Online Bidding - Allows customers to request and receive online bids based on selectable bidding conditions;
  • CRM Roles - Predefined Customer roles that provide access to the CRM server based on common tasks, projects or products. This simplifies the project manager's work with customer representatives;
  • Bidding templates - Designed to use RDB resources exactly as required by the customer. After its approval a new bid will be automatically converted into Horus-ERP system document and its contents and resources will be stored into Horus-ERP database;
  • CEVDAR - Intelligent selection and evaluation tools for 'CEVDAR'-ing (Create, Edit, View, Delete, Approve, Revise)bids and offers submitted by suppliers:
    • Check new offers/requests;
    • Online bidding;
    • View bidding status;
    • Modify registration records;
    • Check the status of shipping and deliveries;
    • Check the status of billing and payments;
    • Make an internal appointment;
    • Send and receive messages;
