Document Management

 

The Horus-ERP DOCM (Document Management) module can be used to implement any kind of document workflow. DOCM can easily be adapted to perform complex document process tasks in accordance with your organization's demands and ISO quality standards.


The Document Management module works interactively with the Work Breakdown Structure, Resources Database Management, Address Book, Workflow, Agenda, and Supply Chain Management modules.

A selection of DOCM functions is as follows:

  • DOCM Definitions - Makes it possible to predefine any type of document template in accordance with your organization's standards;
  • DOCM Rights Definitions - Part of the Administration (ADMIN) module, it allows you to redefine DOCM rights, including the CEVDAR for each document type, as well as the roles associated with these documents;
  • DOCM CEVDAR: Create, Edit, View, Delete, Approve, Revise (CEVDAR) functions based on several predefined conditions. The Approve function has complex settings such as team approval based on multiple conditions;
  • DOCM Revision (Documents history) - Once a document has been approved it can only subsequently be revised or archived. However, it can never be completely deleted from the system which means that the history of the document remains safely stored forever;
  • DOCM Planning - Unique tool introduced as Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) conditions, which means the planning of each next stage, part of the obligations resulting from the main document;
  • DOCM Comparison - Quick view and filter-based report focusing on the full comparison of different revised documents;
  • DOCM Graphs - Displays the relationship between documents within the same DOCM workflow.
