Horus-ERP HR is the module designed for Human Resources departments, which offers all the necessary tools to manage the relationship between your company and its staff.
Horus-ERP HR main functions are as follows:
- General resume records - including educational and work experience data for employees or third-party individuals;
- Position and roles - keeps track of the setup of responsibilities within the organization (CEO, GM, PM, etc.);
- Payroll function - to manage the contractual obligations between company and employees;
- Timesheet reports - a tool to record and manage each employee's activities, including holidays, benefits, vacations, training courses, or anything else;
- Private account - this tool offers access for each employee to his/her PAYROLL, documents and planning records.
HR data is a requirement for various application modules:
- ADMIN - Used to determine basic user rights to the application
- WBS - Determines the rights specific to certain tasks.
- DOCM - Determines "From" and "To" fields.
- WORKFLOW functions.
- PAYROLL functions.
