Horus-ERP HR is the module designed for Human Resources departments, which offers all the necessary tools to manage the relationship between your company and its staff.

Horus-ERP HR main functions are as follows:

  • General resume records - including educational and work experience data for employees or third-party individuals;
  • Position and roles - keeps track of the setup of responsibilities within the organization (CEO, GM, PM, etc.);
  • Payroll function - to manage the contractual obligations between company and employees;
  • Timesheet reports - a tool to record and manage each employee's activities, including holidays, benefits, vacations, training courses, or anything else;
  • Private account - this tool offers access for each employee to his/her PAYROLL, documents and planning records.

HR data is a requirement for various application modules:

  • ADMIN - Used to determine basic user rights to the application
  • WBS - Determines the rights specific to certain tasks.
  • DOCM - Determines "From" and "To" fields.
  • WORKFLOW functions.
