Horus-ERP Enterprise is a web-based application for the users wishing to take advantage of the ongoing globalization process. It is a “Full Options” World Wide Web ERP/SCM/CRM Portal. Supported by an International Web Server Network (IWSN) dedicated for professional Customers, companies and individuals seeking to directly use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application, you will get one dedicated Horus-ERP/VES (Virtual Enterprise Server) which will empower you to manage multiple companies and an unlimited number of users, as part of the organization diagram.


Your dedicated Horus-ERP Enterprise application will be available over the Internet at https://YourCompanyName.csm.horus-erp.com/app.


HORUS-ERP Enterprise Customers will take advantage of a powerful international ERP/SCM/CRM server network which is under continuous development.


HORUS-ERP Enterprise is a scalable solution which allows you to start small and grow or, if you are already a large company requiring many resources, you can choose the options you need right from the beginning and then adjust them in time, as necessary. The dimensioning parameters of Horus-ERP Enterprise VES are always under your control:

  • The number of application users from your organization;
  • The number of assigned companies you intend to administrate using the application;
  • The number of GB database storage capacity you need to save all processed data.


With both upgrading and downgrading being possible, this complete control over the resources you require translates into exact control over the price you have to pay and gives you the privilege to use a highly professional “All-In-One” ERP/SCM/CRM web application at very attractive costs.


We will not leave you empty handed in case you ever decide to cancel your subscription. With Horus-ERP Enterprise, you never have to start all over again. We will be able to provide you with the following additional services, on your request:


  • Printable PDF files for any object (any interface screen, documents, tasks, attached files, etc.) of your Horus-ERP Enterprise application;
  • Exported data (Address Book, Resourced Database, Tasks, etc.) from the database in a format you can reuse;
  • Restoring any backup we hold for your Horus-ERP Enterprise application;
  • Providing any other server and/or database management services.


HORUS-ERP Enterprise gives you the privilege to focus on your business and not have to worry about server availability issues anymore. In order to create maximum business comfort for you, the HORUS team will take care of all the administrative tasks, such as:

  • Being the watch dog for the servers 365/7/24;
  • Ensuring professional server network equipment;
  • Collocation of servers in professional datacenters;
  • Server network management;
  • Server network clustering optimization;
  • Server network maintenance;
  • Backup of server programs and Customer Horus-ERP database;


From the moment you purchase a new Horus-ERP/VES and you have passed all identification processes to become a new Horus-ERP Enterprise Customer, your team will be fully responsible for the way the application will be administrated and used. It is therefore very important to know that your administration team must learn how to use the application before making any changes, or before granting user access rights to other users from your organization.


From the moment you purchase your own Horus-ERP/VES, we will still assist you with issues like:

  • Forgotten username and/or password;
  • Extend (upgrade) or decrease (downgrade) Horus-ERP required resources;
  • Any additional application support services;
  • Special and/or custom interventions on the application code and/or your SQL server only based on your written requests.


Given the fact that Horus-ERP Enterprise is a web-based application, hosted on our servers, you should know that:

  • All Customers will use the same application, at most times. Different customers might use different versions of Horus-ERP Enterprise during upgrade and maintenance periods. The particular requests coming from one Customer may lead to modifications which will be a benefit for other Customers as well. Although custom developments particular for one Customer are also possible on request, they would involve hosting and maintaining a different application, particular to that Customer and such initiatives would lead to higher usage fees.
  • Customers will always share the total servers resources (storage capacity, processing power, RAM, bandwidth, etc.); this is a reason for which MaxRo Vision will not tolerate any breach of the AUP that could affect the overall experience of other Customers in relation with the Horus-ERP Enterprise application.


Disclaimer

HORUS-ERP Enterprise is a web-based application and depends on several external factors, such as:

  • The quality of the Internet link, which can fluctuate unless you have a permanent high-speed Internet connection;
  • The Internet browser release you are using. Horus-ERP Enterprise runs only on Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 7 or 8;
  • The frequency and cache memory of your laptop or PC station CPU;
  • The available RAM memory on your PC or laptop;
  • Other web portals you are accessing at the same time with Horus-ERP Enterprise;
  • Use of other local applications at the same time when using Horus-ERP Enterprise application;
  • Data processing load on HORUS servers due to too many heavy process requests at the same time (such as requests for reports or the use of the internal search engines);
  • Many other unknown reasons even for the best IT experts in the world.

HORUS-ERP Enterprise is provided to you on an “as is” basis and it is your responsibility to minimize the impact of external factors such as those described above in order to be able to use the application at its maximum potential. Although we can not guarantee that the application is error-free, we will endeavor at maintaining it free of major flaws and we will do our best at correcting all the errors you might notice and report.


In order to have a pleasant and productive experience with using the application, we recommend our Customers to:

  • Perform a full review of the application, go through all the modules, explore all the available features and get acquainted with all the concepts prior to start using it in a real business environment;
  • Carefully read and follow the requirements and the recommendations described in our tutorials;
  • Contact the MaxRo Vision technical team in order to clarify any possible misunderstanding.


Upgrade & Downgrade options of Horus-ERP Enterprise


Additional Companies:

One company is included in the standard price of your Horus-ERP Enterprise application.


HORUS-ERP Enterprise will allow you to administrate and to perform the accounting processes only for the paid number of companies.


However, if you are managing, or intend to manage, a large organization group which includes several companies with different legal statutes or you are an accounting or management office and you intend to take over the administration of several other smaller companies, then you will need to purchase additional companies to fulfill your organization necessities.

You will be able to decrease the number of additional companies at any time and you will not lose any data associated with them. However, some features that are specific to paid (assigned) companies will no longer be available for your former paid (assigned) companies.



Additional users:

Two users are included in the standard price of your Horus-ERP Enterprise application.


HORUS-ERP will allow full access only for the number of purchased users. However, you may purchase additional users at any time and as many as you need. For each paid user we offer you 1 additional GB of database storage each year, for free.


You will be able to decrease the number of additional users at any time and you will not lose any data they had processed in the application, nor their personal details in the application. However, the users dismissed will no longer be able to access the Horus-ERP Enterprise application and you will also lose the extra storage associated to each additional user.



Storage Capacity

Two (2) additional GB of database storage each year are included in the standard price of your Horus-ERP Enterprise application.For each additional user, we will offer you one (1) additional GB of database storage each year, for free.


If your company produces large amounts of data by uploading attachments such as pictures, movies, drawings, etc., you will be able to purchase additional database storage.


You will be able to decrease the additional storage capacity at any time and you will not lose any data previously stored in the application. However, your database storage will be limited to the new lower capacity, starting with the date you decide to downgrade.
